We are a working farm where we combined our love for animals into
a way of life. We offer both pasture and full stall boarding.
Growing and harvesting our own hay on site for the horses.
We have miles of riding trails on our 47 acre property for our boarders to enjoy and use at their convenience.
Our services include western horse boarding, student riding lessons, partial horse leases, large animal burial, excavation work, perk site holes and more.

Our commitment to your horse, their happiness and health as well as your happiness is what sets us apart. Striving to make sure our barn has low boarder occupancy allows us to give quality over quantity and allows each boarder to feel as though the barn is just for them with no added stress when you are here with your horse.
Our relaxed Western horse boarding facility has on-site trails, large climate controlled tack room at no additional fee for use, riding rings, a summer pond for your horses enjoyment, 24/7 hay during winter months and hay provided during the summer for supplement. Run in barn with fans to stay cool during the summer and large sprawling pastures for natural herd movement.
Our large animal burial services are for hire and we give the utmost care, consideration and respect during the difficult time helping you with your best friends final resting place.
Board Pricing:
Full Board $450 month - owner provides feed and supplements- stall for feeding and any use the horse may need, blanket provided by boarder when needed and put on by us, feed 2x daily, bad weather stalling with hay and water for the duration of the stalled time. Tack room storage at no additional cost for tack.
Pasture Board:
$350 month - All of the above with no stall, stall care, or bad weather stalling. They will be able to get under the barn roof for shelter.

Meet Sarah, our dedicated barn manager with a decade of experience in riding and caring for our beloved horse family. She meticulously manages their care and conducts multiple daily checks to ensure their well-being. With her role in student riding instruction, you’ll become familiar with her friendly face on a daily basis.
Chuck and Kim Porter - Owners
Chuck and Kim have turned a childhood dream into reality, dedicating over a decade to growing and nurturing their farm alongside their daughters. Starting as a private farm, they expanded to host children, field trips and events at Little Windy Hill. Now, with CK Farm Services in Peachland, they are excited to share their farm, creating a welcoming and enjoyable space for horse owners to call their barn home.
Chuck is the driving force behind our excavator and tractor for hire services. With his experience, he is dedicated to helping others provide their beloved animals with a respectful and caring burial. His passion for this service stems from a genuine desire to honor the memories of your cherished large animal pets.
His expertise extends to other excavator work and perk site hole testing to assist you in your land needs.
